This Shipping Policy explains how shipping works when you place an order with Ma Paws Pet Supply.

Shipping Area

Ma Paws Pet Supply currently ships within the United States only.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Cost

Standard shipping is a flat $9.99 USD for eligible U.S. orders.

The final shipping cost will be shown at checkout before payment is completed.

Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Order Cut-Off Time

Our daily order cut-off time is 6:00 PM ET.

Orders placed after the cut-off time may begin processing on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time

Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after the order ships.

Estimated total delivery time is usually 4–10 business days, including order processing and transit time.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of carrier delays, weather, holidays, address issues, or other factors outside our control.

Tracking Information

After your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If you entered the wrong address, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not been processed or shipped, we will try to help update it.

If the order has already shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Delayed or Missing Packages

If your order appears delayed, please check the tracking information first.

If tracking has not updated for several days or you need help with your package, contact us at support@mapawspetsupply.com with your order number and tracking number.

Damaged Packages

If your package or item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label so we can review the issue and provide the next steps.
