Shipping Rates
- Standard Shipping: $15 flat rate (all continental U.S. orders)
- Expedited Shipping: $24.95 (2–3 business days)
- Overnight Shipping: $39.95 (next business day)
Alaska & Hawaii: Contact us for a quote (additional fees apply)
Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after your order ships
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days after your order ships
- Overnight Shipping: Next business day after your order ships
Times are estimates and do not include weekends/holidays. Delays can happen due to weather or carrier issues.
Order Processing
Most orders ship within 1–3 business days of your order. You'll get an email with:
- Tracking number
- Expected delivery date
- Carrier information
Where We Ship
We ship to all 50 U.S. states only (continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii).
We do not ship to:
- International addresses
- P.O. boxes
- U.S. territories
Tracking Your Package
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number. You can track it on:
- USPS: usps.com
- UPS: ups.com
- FedEx: fedex.com
Package Damaged in Shipping?
If your package arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the damage
- Email us at support@mapawspetsupply.com within 48 hours
- Keep the packaging
- We'll replace or refund at no cost
Lost or Missing Packages?
If your package doesn't arrive:
- Wait 3–5 days past the estimated delivery date
- Check tracking on the carrier's website
- Contact us with your order and tracking number
- We'll investigate and replace or refund
Investigations take about 10–15 business days.
Address Issues
Make sure your address is correct at checkout. We're not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses.
